Purpose/Responsibilities
The Future Conferences Committee is responsible for soliciting conference proposals for both the mini’s and the main conferences. They are also responsible for reviewing proposals, budgets, and contracts for those conferences. In addition, this year the committee has undertaken the task of creating more structure and forms for those wanting to propose a conference. In addition, we are working to have proposals for multiple years out instead of planning on a year by year basis.
