Mission
The goal of the mentoring committee is to provide resources and mentorship for new and future relationship scholars to help build successful careers in both academia and industry. Specifically, we develop resources for professional development on the IARR webpage, bring together advanced and new scholars through our mentoring program, and plan panels and workshops for new and future relationship scholars at IARR conferences.
